The person who picked up the phone when I rang to enquire about a gravel bike was so good at listening and trying to solve problems for me that I ended up buying a bike at the end of the phone call. I think his name was Aaron - he’s a Welsh speaker. I’d give his customer service 10/10.

Website is very easy to use. Able to filter properly, by travel, brand etc, not just price. Lads very helpful over the phone and in store. Arranged for a bike to be transferred from their warehouse to my local store so I can test fit, at no extra charge. Really appreciate this, and it was the deciding factor in choosing wheelbase to buy a bike. I’m more than happy with the service and range of products. Only tiny niggle would be more than one brand of pedals, grips etc for in store impulse buys! Cfriendly

I ordered my bike over the phone from Dave at wheel base Darlington. He could not have been any more helpful with updates on delivery via email explained everything thoroughly and said if I needed any help just get in touch. Really happy.

Wide range and good availability of products. Excellent one to one support, from both outlets I dealt with. I resrved a very sought after bike, they PDI'd it within 2 days and shipped it next day. Can't ask for more than that!
